'Amarcord la tagliatella' show cookings
Amarcord invites all Emilianoromagnoli together with all foodlovers to two days of show cookings and tastings of pasta Emilia Romagna style with Sfoglina Simonetta and Chefs Andrea Boscherini and Filippo Rascati. The secrets of the art of tagliatelle and the traditions of pasta home making will be at centre stage. Follow step by step how different pastas are made, cooked and plated ... and taste them with our chefs!

Miss Tagliatella is (also) the most important Italian contest for the traditional art of mattarelllo lovers. Who will make the best taglitelle starting from scratch, with flour, eggs, love, passion and creativity? The jury will watch you work and will taste your tagliatellas - and judge them : but don't be afraid, passion makes up for experience!

Learn the art
of tagliatella making
Discover the art of tagliatella making with this first course organized by Amarcord and Miss Tagliatella @nellakitchen. Sfoglina Simonetta, 'maestra sfoglina' of the old Bolognese school will teach in a 4 hour lesson the basics of the art of mattarello, the traditional way of hand making fresh pasta with eggs and flour. Discover a new world of flavours.
